This Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which returns, exchanges, and refunds are accepted.

  1. Returns Eligibility
    Due to the nature of perfume products, returns or exchanges are only accepted if:
    The product received is damaged, leaking, or defective, or
    The wrong item was delivered
    The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  2. Non-Returnable Items
    The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
    Used or opened perfumes
    Products damaged due to customer misuse
    Change of mind or dislike of fragrance
  3. Return Process
    To request a return:
    Contact our customer support within 24 hours of delivery
    Provide clear photos or video of the issue
    Wait for approval from our support team before returning the item
    Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.
  4. Refunds
    Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
    Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
    Refunds will be issued using the original payment method where possible.
  5. Replacement
    If eligible, we may offer:
    A replacement of the same product, or
    A refund if replacement is unavailable
  6. Shipping Costs
    Return shipping costs will only be covered by HKPerfumes.store if the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item).
    In all other cases, shipping costs are non-refundable.
  7. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
    For COD orders, refunds (if applicable) will be processed via bank transfer or store credit.
  8. Changes to This Policy
    HKPerfumes.store reserves the right to modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time.
